ANZ National issues NZ$70 mln 3-year notes

 SYDNEY, Dec 14 (Reuters) - ANZ National Bank, New Zealand's
biggest retail bank, said it has issued NZ$70 million ($55
million) of three-year senior notes at 35 basis points over
BKBM.
 The bank is a unit of Australia and New Zealand Banking
Group Ltd (ANZ.AX).

  Facility:       Domestic floating rate notes
  Amount:         NZ$70 million
  Maturity:       Dec. 17, 2010
  Set date:       Dec. 17
  Coupon:         +35 bps over BKBM mid
