Mitsui Fudosan says in talks to raise office rents
TOKYO, May 26 (Reuters) - Mitsui Fudosan Co (8801.T), Japan's largest real estate developer, said on Monday that it was in talks with tenants to raise office rents in central Tokyo by an average 10-15 percent.
The firm said it was seeking the increase given the tight office-building market situation in the area, where the firm has almost no big rental space available for office use. (Reporting by Mariko Katsumura)
