Polish bank BPH to lay off up to 12 pct of staff
WARSAW, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Polish bank BPH BPHW.WA, owned by GE Money (GE.N), said in a statement on Thursday it would lay off up to 580 people, 12 percent of its its workforce, because of the spreading global financial crisis.
BPH now employs 4761 people in Poland.
