Richelieu Finance confirms in possible sale talks

PARIS, Jan 21 (Reuters) - French fund management and financial services group Richelieu Finance confirmed on Monday that it was in talks over the possible sale of the company.

"We are in talks over a possible deal with another financial company," said a spokeswoman for Richelieu Finance, confirming an earlier report in French newspaper Le Figaro.

Richelieu Finance was founded in 1985 by former stockbroker Gerard Augustin-Normand and is a leading player in the Paris stock market.
