AMP NZ Office Trust portfolio value falls 5.15 pct

WELLINGTON, July 13 (Reuters) - New Zealand commercial property investor AMP New Zealand Office Trust (APT.NZ) has seen the value of its property portfolio fall by 5.15 pct in the three months to June.

The company said on Monday that in the 12 months to June its portfolio of 15 office buildings decreased in value by 15.2 percent or NZ$239 million ($150 million).

ANZO's portfolio is now valued at NZ$1.33 billion.

The company said it expects the economic climate to be challenging over the course of the next year.

Shares in the company last traded steady at NZ$0.71. ($1=NZ$1.59)
