SYDNEY, Dec 18 (Reuters) - Australian health care group Healthscope Ltd (HSP.AX) said on Tuesday it had acquired New Zealand Diagnostics Group Ltd (NZDG) for an undisclosed sum.
NZDG has annual revenues of around NZ$47 million ($36 million), Healthscope said in a statement. (Reporting by James Thornhill)
