Primary extends offer for Symbion to Feb 21

SYDNEY, Jan 30 (Reuters) - Australia's Primary Health Care Ltd (PRY.AX) said on Wednesday it would extend its A$2.7 billion ($2.4 billion) offer for Symbion Health Ltd SYB.AX to Feb. 21 from Feb. 7. ($1=A$1.12) (Reporting by James Thornhill)
