S.Africa's Netcare names Jerry Vilakazi as chairman
JOHANNESBURG, May 16 (Reuters) - Africa's largest private hospital group Netcare (NTCJ.J: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Friday it had appointed Jerry Vilakazi as independent non-executive chairman with effect from June 1.
Vilakazi replaces Michael Sacks, who on Jan. 25 announced his retirement. Reporting by Gugulakhe Lourie)
