JS Group offers 0.283 euros per A-S China Plumbing share

TOKYO, July 10 (Reuters) - Japanese housing fixtures maker JS Group Corp (5938.T) said on Friday it will offer 0.283 euros ($0.396) for each share of A-S China Plumbing Products (8262.HK).

In May, JS Group said it had agreed with Belgian bathroom furnishings company Ideal Standard International to buy its 63.8 percent stake in A-S China Plumbing. ($1=.7155 Euro) (Reporting by Taiga Uranaka)
