India's NTPC says JV gets nod for power exchange

MUMBAI, July 3 (Reuters) - India's largest utility, NTPC Ltd (NTPC.BO), said on Friday its joint venture with power producer NHPC Ltd, Power Finance Corp (PWFC.BO) and Tata Consultancy (TCS.BO) had got an in-principal approval to set up a power exchange.
