AMSTERDAM, March 10 (Reuters) - Dutch dredging group Koninklijke Boskalis Westminster NV (BOSN.AS) said on Monday it will not pay a super dividend after receiving a 167 million euro insurance payout that will boost results this year. Boskalis, the world's largest dredger, told ANP Reuters it would invest the proceeds and that it remained keen on acquiring the terminals division of Smit Internationale (SMTNc.AS) together with Saudi group Rezayat.

Last month, the two parties made a joint cash offer of $300 million. Smit rejected the bid.
