BANGKOK, May 22 (Reuters) - Shares in Thai Tap Water Supply PCL TTW.BK, Thailand's largest private water producer, opened flat on their debut on Thursday as weak market sentiment outweighed a strong earnings outlook.

The stock opened at 4.20 baht ($0.13), unchanged from the initial public offering price. The main Thai index .SETI dropped 0.24 percent at the opening bell.

TTW raised $130 million from the public share sale, Thailand's second largest IPO this year. ($1 = 31.83 Baht) (Reporting by Khettiya Jittapong, Editing by Ed Cropley)
