Thai Ratchaburi sees 2008 net profit up 10-15 pct

BANGKOK, Feb 15 (Reuters) - Thailand's Ratchaburi Electricity Generating Holding PCL RATC.BK said on Friday it expected net profit to rise 10-15 percent in 2008 after the new Ratchaburi Power plant starts operations in March.

The company, which reported a net profit of 5.8 billion baht in 2007, also planned to shut down some power plants for maintenance this year. (Reporting by Khettiya Jittapong, Editing by Darren Schuettler)
