Romania's Transgaz 9-month net profit 189 mln lei

BUCHAREST, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Romania's state-owned gas pipeline operator Transgaz TGNM.BX said on Friday its nine-month net profit rose 5.6 percent to 189 million lei ($65.4 million), within expectations.

The most pessimistic estimate for net profit obtained by Reuters from brokerages was 172 million lei, while the most optimistic was 213 million.

The company moved on Thursday the release date for its results to Nov. 6 from Nov. 10. (Reporting by Marius Zaharia; Editing by David Holmes)
