HONG KONG, Jan 30 (Reuters) - China's top stainless steel mill Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co Ltd (000825.SZ) has shut 10-20 percent of its capacity due to power shortages in Shanxi province, its general manager said on Wednesday.

"We have cut by 10 to 20 percent over the past two weeks," general manager Chai Zhiyong told Reuters.

The mill had 3 million tonnes of stainless steel capacity and produced 2.03 million tonnes of the metal in 2007, he said.
