S.Korea's KOMIPO sets price guidance for bond sale
HONG KONG, Feb 1 (Reuters) - Korea Midland Power Co Ltd, or KOMIPO, will sell $300 million in dollar-denominated bonds at around 212.5 basis points over mid-swaps, a source close to the deal said on Friday.
KOMIPO is a unit of South Korean electricity provider Korea Electric Power Corp (015760.KS).
It is rated A-minus by Standard & Poor's and A1 by Moody's Investors Service.
Barclays Capital, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs are managing the sale.
