HONG KONG, July 10 (Reuters) - China is estimated to have added 88,000 tonnes of nickel in stocks in the first half of this year, reducing orders for spot imports as surplus supplies weighed on the domestic market, an analyst at Antaike, a state-owned research group, said on Friday.

Fan Runze said Antaike estimated China held more than 100,000 tonnes of nickel in stocks, about a third of its annual consumption. (Reporting by Polly Yam, editing by Tom Miles)
