Nine Dragons to issue senior notes in Nasdaq
HONG KONG, April 21 (Reuters) - Nine Dragons Paper (Holdings) Ltd (2689.HK: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), China's largest paper board producer, said on Monday that it plans to issue senior notes to be listed on Nasdaq to expand its capacity.
The company did not provide details on the size or pricing of its potential issue, and said it would kick off a global investor roadshow on Monday. Merrill Lynch (MER.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) is handling the offering, Nine Dragons said in a statement. (Reporting by Tony Munroe; Editing by Edmund Klamann)
