- JAPAN TO INVEST $6.5 BLN IN PERTAMINA REFINERY
Indonesia's state oil and gas firm PT Pertamina said it will cooperate with Mitsui Oil Exploration Co, Itochu Co (8001.T), and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (7011.T) on three oil and liquefied natural gas refineries with a total investment of $6.5 billion.
- SEMEN TONASA INVESTS $315 MLN TO BUILD NEW PLANT
Indonesia's state owned cement producer, PT Semen Tonasa, a unit of PT Semen Gresik Tbk (SMGR.JK), said it will build a new $315 million plant starting in October, which will help to increase production to 3.48 million tonnes.
