Indonesia's largest coal miner, PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI.JK), said it plans to buy back 3.3 billion of its shares at a maximum price of 2,500 rupiah each, translating to a total value of 8.25 trillion rupiah ($717.3 million).
