Centrica sets final terms on 750 mln euro bond-IFR

LONDON, Nov 27 (Reuters) - Centrica (CNA.L), owner of British Gas, has set terms on a planned 750 million euros ($967.4 million) five-year bond with guidance at mid-swaps plus 380 basis points, IFR reported on Thursday.

Initial guidance was set at mid-swaps plus 380 to 400 basis points, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters publication.

Barclays, BNP Paribas, HSBC and Royal Bank of Scotland have been named to manage the deal, IFR said.

Centrica is rated A by Standard & Poor's and Fitch Ratings and A3 by Moody's Investors Service.
