PARIS, Aug 28 (Reuters) - The expected building costs of a new nuclear reactor in Finland by France's Areva (CEPFi.PA) have increased to 4.5 billion euros ($6.66 billion) from 3 billion and the group has to make new provisions, the Les Echos newspaper said on Thursday.

Areva, due to publish first half results on Friday, was not immediately available for comment. (Reporting by Marcel Michelson)
