New Issue-United Tech sells $1 bln in 30-yr bonds

  May 13 (Reuters) - United Technologies Corp (UTX.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) on
Tuesday sold $1 billion in 30-year bonds, said market sources.
  Banc of America Securities and Citigroup Global Markets
were active bookrunners, while BNP Paribas Securities, HSBC
Securities and JP Morgan were passive bookrunners for the
sale.
