Daewoo E&C's group top bidder for Algeria project
SEOUL, April 30 (Reuters) - South Korean builder Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co (047040.KS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Wednesday a consortium it leads has been named the top bidder for a $650 million construction project in Algeria.
The project calls for groundwork to build a new city in Boughezoul, Algeria, Daewoo said in a filing to the Korea Exchange. (Reporting by Rhee So-eui; Editing by Keiron Henderson)
