S.Korea's Hanil wins 1.16 trln won Libya order

SEOUL, Dec 22 (Reuters) - South Korean builder Hanil Engineering & Construction (006440.KS) said that it had secured an order worth 1.16 trillion won ($902.5 million) from Libya.

Hanil said in a regulatory filing that Libya's Organization for the Development of Administrative Centres placed the order to build houses and infrastructure in the Middle East country.

The builder's share price soared by their daily limit of 15 percent to 5,290 won as of 0515 GMT. ($1=1296.3 Won) (Reporting by Seo Eun-kyung; Editing by Keiron Henderson)
