Shandong Air to take delivery of 22 jets by 2013
SHANGHAI, March 25 (Reuters) - Shangdong Airlines 200152.SZ, partly owned by Air China (601111.SS: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), said on Tuesday it planned to take delivery of 22 Boeing (BA.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) aircraft between 2009 and 2013.
The carrier has gained government approval to take delivery of six B737-700/800 planes next year, it said in a statement.
It also plans to sign a deal to take delivery of 16 additional B737-700/800 aircraft in 2012 and 2013, it said. (Reporting by Fang Yan; Editing by Edmund Klamann)
