S'pore's ST Engineering in China aircraft repair venture
SINGAPORE, Dec 24 (Reuters) - Singapore Technologies Engineering (STEG.SI: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Monday it will set up a joint venture aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul facility in Xiamen, China.
ST Engineering will own 80 percent of the $78 million joint venture while Xiamen Aviation Industry will hold the remaining 20 percent, the Singapore firm said in a statement to the stock exchange.
