Australia's CSR says considering demerger options

SYDNEY, July 13 (Reuters) - Australian conglomerate CSR Ltd (CSR.AX) on Monday said it was considering a range of options regarding the demerger of its sugar and renewable energy business. The group said in a statement it had yet to make a decision on the structure of the two businesses on demerger and would inform investors of new developments as they occured.
