Malaysia's MTD Capital units to be bought out
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 25 (Reuters) - Malaysian property firm Metacorp Bhd (META.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) and tollroad operator MTD Infraperdana Bhd (MTDN.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) are to be bought out in a deal involving their holding company, MTD Capital Bhd (MTDC.KL: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), MTD Capital said on Monday.
Shares of all three firms were suspended pending an announcement.
