MEXICO CITY, Nov 11 (Reuters) - Mexican stocks jumped on Wednesday as surprisingly strong economic data from China bolstered confidence in the global economic recovery and boded well for Mexico's exports.

The IPC stock index .MXX rose 1.34 percent to 31,200, lifted by gains of more than 2 percent in copper miner Grupo Mexico (GMEXICOB.MX) and cement maker Cemex (CMXCPO.MX). (Reporting by Michael O'Boyle; Editing by Theodore d'Afflisio)
