WELLINGTON, Oct 23 (Reuters) - New Zealand's Port of Tauranga says it is expecting rival Ports of Auckland to lodge a bid for its container business.

Ports of Auckland first announced interest in Port of Tauranga's container business about two months ago, and Port of Tauranga chairman John Parker said the company has been advised an offer is coming.
