Indonesian state-miner PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM.JK) said it had raised its bid for Australian-listed Herald Resources Ltd (HER.AX) to A$2.8 from A$2.6-A$2.65 per share to match rival Indonesian coal producer PT Bumi Tbk (BUMI.JK).
