Yorkshire Water sets final terms on bond-IFR

LONDON, July 14 (Reuters) - Water utility Yorkshire Water [YORWA.UL] has set final terms on a three-tranche senior secured benchmark sterling bond, IFR reported on Tuesday. One tranche will be 275 million pounds ($447.4 million) August 2019, with guidance at UK gilts plus 230 basis points.

The second tranche will be 200 million pounds August 2039 at gilts plus 200 basis points and the third will be 175 million pounds August 2039 with guidance at gilts plus 200 basis points, said IFR Markets, a Thomson Reuters online news and market analysis service.
