Alcatel-Rel Comm JV firm has $750 mln contracts

NEW DELHI, July 1 (Reuters) - A telecom network management joint venture between Alcatel-Lucent (ALUA.PA) and India's Reliance Communications (RLCM.BO) has more than $750 million worth contracts to be executed over five years, the companies said on Wednesday.

Alcatel-Lucent owns 67 percent of Alcatel-Lucent Managed Solution, which maintains the India's No. 2 mobile operator's networks across the country. Reliance Communications owns the rest.

The joint-venture company was formed last year. (Reporting by Devidutta Tripathy)
