Malaysia approves Q-Cells plan for new plant
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 19 (Reuters) - Malaysia has approved a plan by German solar-cell manufacturer Q-Cells AG (QCEG.DE: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) for a new plant in Malaysia at a cost of more than 1 billion ringgit ($311 million), Trade and Industry Minister Rafidah Aziz said on Tuesday.
