Belgacom reports solid business performance during Q1

Belgacom reiterates its 2008 full-year guidance based on
solid business performance during Q1 2008

Belgacom Group results:

Total revenue of EUR 1,469 million, or a year-over-year decrease
of EUR -46 million (-3.0%), including a total mobile regulation
impact of EUR -35 million. EBITDA margin stable at 35.3%.

- Consumer Business Unit (CBU) revenue decreased -1.3% compared
to Q1 2007. Excluding the impact of mobile regulation the
revenue grew by 1.0%.
