Dell Inc launches $1 bln notes in 2 parts - IFR

NEW YORK, June 10 (Reuters) - Dell Inc (DELL.O) on Wednesday launched a $1 billion two-part note sale, said IFR, a Thomson Reuters service.

The sale includes $400 million in three-year notes expected to yield 150 basis points over comparable U.S. Treasuries and $600 million in 10-year notes expected to yield 195 basis points over Treasuries.

The joint lead managers on the offering are Banc of America Securities, Deutsche Bank and HSBC. (Reporting by Caryn Trokie)
