KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 4 (Reuters) - Malaysia's mobile phone company TM International TMIT.KL has not made a decision on the refinancing of an existing bridging loan to buy a stake in India's Idea Cellular Ltd (IDEA.BO).

A financial newspaper reported on Monday that TMI may be in talks with state investment fund Khazanah, which owns 44.51 percent of the company, to sell a further stake to the fund.

"We are currently exploring various options to restructure our existing debts to improve our capital structure and positioning TMI for future growth," TMI said in a statement on Tuesday.
