PARIS, May 16 (Reuters) - French media group NRJ (SONO.PA: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) said on Friday that Managing Board Chairman Marc Pallain could leave after the group's annual shareholders meeting.

Shareholders will be asked to approve a plan for a single board structure, the statement said.

Under the plan, NRJ founder and supervisory board chairman Jean-Paul Baudecroux would become chairman and chief executive, it said.
