S.Korea SK C&C raises IPO by 20 pct to $455 mln

SEOUL, Nov 2 (Reuters) - South Korean technology services firm SK C&C said on Monday it had increased its initial public offering size by 20 percent to 540 billion won ($455 million) on healthy demand from the market.

SK C&C priced its IPO on Friday at the middle of its indicated range at 30,000 won per share. Following the increase, it is selling 18 million shares held by major shareholders SK Telecom (017670.KS) and SK Networks (001740.KS).
