Computer Sciences settles payment allegations
WASHINGTON, May 13 (Reuters) - Computer Sciences Corp (CSC.N: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz) agreed to pay $1.37 million to settle allegations that it received improper payments on technology contracts with government agencies, the U.S. Justice Department said on Tuesday.
The Justice Department said in a statement that its probe of Computer Sciences was part of a larger, ongoing investigation into government technology and vendors . (Reporting by Julie Vorman, editing by Gerald E. McCormick)
