NEW YORK, Dec 20 (Reuters) - Government intelligence contractor CACI International Inc CAI.N said on Thursday it is responding vigorously to amendments to a lawsuit filed against the company by the Center for Constitutional Rights, charging that CACI employees conspired to abuse prisoners at Iraq's Abu Ghraib prison in 2004.

CACI called the amendments "baseless" and said the company "totally rejects and denies all of the allegations and claims in this new legal filing," which was made earlier this week. (Reporting by Bill Rigby; Editing by Derek Caney)
