Trina Solar CFO resigns, names replacement

Jan 31 (Reuters) - Solar energy company Trina Solar Ltd (TSL.N) said Sean Shao resigned as chief financial officer, effective March 31, and named Terry Wang as his replacement.

The China-based company said Shao was leaving to pursue other interests.
