HELSINKI, July 14 (Reuters) - The following stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Tuesday:
CARLSBERG (CARLb.CO)
Danish brewer Carlsberg's business in Russia, where it owns the biggest brewery Baltika, has been hit by a weakening of the rouble, financial daily Borsen said. Just over the past week the rouble fell by about 5 percent against the euro, which reduces the value of revenue to Carlsberg when it is converted into Danish crowns, the newspaper said.

NOVO NORDISK (NOVOb.CO)
A misinterpretation of Swedish rules led the Danish drugs group to being fined for hosting Swedish doctors and nurses on a trip to South Africa in 2006, a company spokesman told daily Berlingske Tidende. But the company maintains that the journey was for participation in a medical convention, not a pleasure trip.

The Norwegian solar material supplier said that preliminary counts indicated its announced share issue was about 60 percent oversubscribed. [nLD713419]
REC announced on June 23 that it raised 4.5 billion Norwegian crowns ($695 million) in a rights issue to shore up its finances, and said it issued the shares at 26.50 crowns each. [ID:nLN635189]
