PT Excelcomindo (EXCL.JK), Indonesia's third-largest mobile phone operator, said it had appointed PT Mandiri Sekuritas, JP Morgan and Merrill Lynch to help handle its secondary public offering in the second half of this year.

- INDONESIA AND MALAYSIA TO DEVELOP A TELEVISION CHANNEL

The Indonesian and Malaysian government will jointly develop a news television channel starting in August to increase news coverage of both countries, Indonesian Information Minister Mohammad Nuh said.
