Russia's Vimpelcom issues 10 bln rouble bond
MOSCOW, July 14 (Reuters) - Vimpelcom (VIP.N), Russia's second-largest wireless provider, placed on Tuesday a 10 billion rouble ($302.6 million) bond maturing in 2014.
The company said in a statement the annual coupon rate was set at 15.20 percent for the first two years, with a put option.
It will use the proceeds to refinance foreign currency denominated debt and fund its development. (Reporting by Maria Kiselyova)
