GREECE POSTPONES FUEL SURCHARGE ON PPC TARIFF FOR ONE YEAR

Greece's Development Ministry decided to postpone the implementation of fuel surcharge on Public Power Corp.'s (PPC) (DEHr.AT) tariffs for one year, financial daily Kathimerini reported. The decision will deprive PPC of revenues of about 70 million euros, the paper said.

NBG BoD TO MEET JAN 7 TO CALL CAPITAL INCREASE EGM

National Bank (NBGr.AT) said its board of directors will meet on January 7 to call an extraordinary shareholders meeting over a 350 million euro share capital increase via the issue of preferred shares, financial daily Imerisia reported.

IBERDROLA RENOVABLES TO BUY FINAL 3.5 PCT OF ROKAS

Iberdrola Renovables (IBR.MC) has decided to acquire the 3.5 percent of its Greek unit C.Rokas ARCr.AT it does not already own, the Spanish company said on Tuesday. [ID:nLU106365]

GREEK NOV PPI INFLATION AT -0.6 PCT Y/Y

Greek producer price inflation fell sharply to -0.6 percent year-on-year in November from +4.8 percent in October, pushed lower by sinking oil prices, data from the country's statistics service (NSS) showed on Tuesday. [ID:nLU557438]
