TORONTO, June 28 ConocoPhillips (COP.N) said it
planned to upgrade the coker at its 64,000 barrel-per-day
Billings, Montana, refinery but would not give details as to
when the work would begin.

transporting two giant loads of coker drums via barge and road
in a three-week journey. The first tranche will leave early
July and the second in September. The cost of the upgrade is
estimated at $50 million.
