BEIJING (Reuters) - Michael Phelps of the United States won the Olympic gold medal in the men's swimming 400m individual medley on Sunday, breaking the world record.
Lazslo Cseh of Hungary won the silver and Ryan Lochte of the U.S. the bronze.
