HOUSTON (Reuters) - A brief power outage struck the 25,000 barrel per day (bpd) gasoline-producing fluidic catalytic cracking unit at Alon USA Energy Inc's (ALJ.N) 67,000 bpd refinery in Big Spring, Texas, on Tuesday, according to a notice filed with Texas pollution regulators.

The power interruption was caused by a thunderstorm, according to the notice filed with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality. Adjustments were made to maintain operations.
